Accessibility Statement
Nouvelle-Aquitaine Mobilités is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
To this end, it has commissioned ACCESS42 to conduct an accessibility audit of its digital media (website and mobile apps).
This audit will be conducted on October 13, 2025, for mobile apps and on October 24, 2025, for the website, and will result in the development of a Multi-Year Accessibility Implementation Plan to ensure the gradual compliance of our digital media and services.
This accessibility statement applies to the website modalis.fr.
Compliance Status
The Modalis website (www.modalis.fr) does not comply with the General Framework for Accessibility Improvement (RGAA) version 4.1, due to the absence of an audit.
A 10-day audit will be conducted starting on October 13, 2025, for the applications, and on October 24, 2025, for the website, by the company ACCESS42.
